The following Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract between you and us. Acceptance is agreed upon the moment you sign our Creative Design Services Agreement, Web Solutions Agreement, Digital Marketing Agreement, or Support Agreement. These Terms and Conditions are brief, easy to understand, and straightforward. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Definitions

Your name (‘The Client’)
‘We’ (TechBox Creative Solutions)

Normally, a project consists of several components. Creative Design, Web Solutions, and Digital Marketing are connected parts.

How do both parties agree?

The Client agrees to:

• Provide the Company with all requested information, including text, images, and other materials, within a reasonable timeframe.

• Provide the Company with text and images in the specified format (see Photographs and Images).

• Provide feedback, sign-off approval, and review the Company’s work.

• Keep all deadlines agreed upon.

• Pay according to the payment schedule outlined on our prices page or as agreed separately for bespoke work.

• Inform the Company in advance of any confidential information, whether via email, written communication, or verbally. Any written documents should be clearly marked as confidential.

• To cancel a contract, give one month’s notice in writing or by email.

The Company agrees to:

• Maintain a professional and timely service delivery system.

• Stay on top of any deadlines agreed upon.

• Provide a reasonable number of revisions to design, layout, and colors until satisfaction, with no more than two major revisions included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Whenever possible, complete website revisions or updates within 48 hours. Support packages determine the number of revisions per month.

• Conduct training and research regularly to maintain current skills and knowledge.Contact the Client before the end of the first 12-month period to discuss options for continuing website maintenance and support. 

Creative Design Services

• Our design services include Graphic Design, Branding Design, UI/UX Design, Brochure Design, Company Profile Design, and Product Package Design.

• Designs are created to be compatible across major platforms and devices. Complete compatibility with older browsers cannot be guaranteed.

Web Solutions

• Our web solutions include Responsive Web Design, Landing Page Design, E-commerce Website Development, Website Revamp, Website Redesign, WordPress Website Development, and Website Maintenance.

• TechBox Creative Solutions is not responsible for losses caused by software developed for clients. Clients must test applications fully before launch.

• Clients are responsible for providing access to hosting servers, testing environments, and any necessary cooperation for proper application functioning.

• We aim to correct bugs or errors found after the site goes live but are not obligated to do so.

Digital Marketing Services

• Services include SEO, SMO, Local SEO, Google Ads Management, E-commerce SEO, SEO Packages, Digital Marketing Services, and Social Media Management.
• Recommendations are provided after the gap analysis stage. Clients must implement them for SEO to be effective.
• Billing for SEO or Digital Marketing exceeding 40 man-hours will be on a time-and-material basis.
• Organic growth is the focus; immediate results are not guaranteed. For instant results, search engine marketing is recommended.Service taxes are extra, and termination requires 60 days’ notice. 

Payment Terms

• Payment: 50% at the start of the project, 50% upon completion. Development begins after the initial payment.

• Mode of Payment: Direct transfer, deposit to company account, or online payment gateway. After payment, notify us via email with the deposit slip or call.

• Online Payment Gateway: Secure, encrypted processing; payment records may take 1–3 days to update. Unsuccessful payments must be resolved through alternative methods.

• GST & Service Charges: GST applicable as per Indian government regulations; payments will be invoiced accordingly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refund if the service is canceled after work has started.

• If work has not started, a 50% refund will be issued.

Delivery Timeline

• Services are usually delivered within 3 days or as agreed.

Contract Lengths and Additional Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined on the prices page or agreed separately for bespoke work.

• Clients may cancel with notice, but early cancellation may include charges depending on project stage.

• Clients are responsible for updating standing orders to avoid overpayment.

• Additional features beyond standard packages will be invoiced before launch.

• Clients switching hosting providers may incur an admin fee.

• Further changes after initial approval may incur additional charges.

• Hosting elsewhere may affect compatibility, but monthly fees remain the same.

Images and Copyright

• Images should be digital, minimum 1024×768 px. Scanned photographs may incur extra charges.

• The Client guarantees legal rights to any materials provided. Evidence may be requested.

• Copyright is assigned after 12 months for text, images, graphics, video, or audio used.

• We maintain copies of website files and license markup, CSS, or supplied images exclusively for the hosted domain.

Hosting

• Websites are hosted on high-speed dedicated servers with a minimum 99.95% availability guarantee. Server specifications available upon request.

Liability

• The Company is not liable for missed deadlines caused by delayed client materials or approvals.

Confidentiality

• All privacy, data transfer, and retention regulations are strictly followed. Data is securely stored.

General Terms

• Websites will not launch without payment confirmation.

• Hourly rates apply for changes to hosting-only websites.

• We do not guarantee error-free operation on third-party hosting.

• The agreement is legally binding, severable, and non-transferable without consent.
